When one of your shoppers provides their email address in chat and opts in, their email address can be automatically subscribed to any of your Klaviyo email lists.

What a great way to grow your email list effortlessly!

It takes only 5 minutes: just follow the steps below to connect your Klaviyo email list to Brevi Chat.

1. If you don't already have Klaviyo, or simply want to give them a try, install the Klaviyo app for free.
2. In Brevi Chat, go to Settings > Email Marketing Integration, select "Klaviyo" as your Email Marketing Provider.
3. Follow Klaviyo’s instructions to Create a Private API Key in your Klaviyo account settings.^*
4. Copy and paste that Private API Key into the Brevi settings field "Private API Key".
   (Tip: since part of the key may be hidden on your screen, it is easiest to double-click on the key to highlight it and then you can copy and paste.)
5. Follow Klaviyo’s instructions to find your List ID. You will go to the Lists & Segments tab of your Klaviyo account
   
   
   
6. Click on the particular list you want Brevi-collected emails to be added to. We recommend you add any new emails to your Newsletter list (or most-commonly-mailed list).
7. Then click into the Settings tab to find your List ID. The List ID is the cryptic 6 character code assigned by Klaviyo. It is NOT the human-readable name you gave to the list.
   
   
   
8. Enter your List ID where indicated in your Brevi Chat Settings.
