In addition, SMBapps (and its affiliates) may use your information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us at privacy@brevi.ai.

This data is used to understand our customer base and to develop, improve and market our Service.

Cookies: We use Cookies to administer the Service and to understand how well our Service is working, to store your user preferences, and to develop statistical information on usage of the Service. This allows us to determine which features users like best to help us improve our Service, to personalize your user experience, and to measure overall effectiveness.

Legal Exception: Notwithstanding the above, SMBapps may use Personal Information and User Data to the extent required by law or legal process, or if, in our reasonable discretion, use is necessary to investigate fraud or any threat to the safety of any individual, to protect our legal rights or to protect the rights of third parties.
