When one of your shoppers provides their email address in chat and opts in, their email address can be automatically subscribed to any of your Mailchimp email lists.

What a great way to grow your email list effortlessly!

It takes only 5 minutes: just follow the steps below to connect your Mailchimp email list to Brevi Chat.

1. If you don't already have Mailchimp, or simply want to give them a try, install the Mailchimp app for free.
2. In Brevi Chat, go to Settings > Email Marketing Integration, select "Mailchimp" as your Email Marketing Provider.
3. Click on the “Connect Now” button to authorize Mailchimp to connect with Brevi.^* Follow Mailchimp’s on-screen prompts.
4. Once you see “Success - Connected” in your Brevi Chat settings, select your Audience/List ID from the drop-down list. We will automatically add captured emails to this audience.

If you need to disconnect or to connect to a different Mailchimp account, use the "Disconnect" link at Settings > Email Marketing Integration.
